On June 4th 2015 I entered i a transaction with Rush Martkets

We made a specific deal that they would trade the account & give a full refuund on investment by june 22nd.

That date came and went. Phone calles are no longer answered neither are emails responded to. below are some of the correspondences that we had.

Thanks for getting your account to the Bronze level of $5000.00. I will be trading aggressively to increase your investment considerably on Non Farm payroll day tomorrow. As agreed Rush Markets are more than happy to fully refund your investment, once the computer system is completed on the 22/6/15.

I wanted to outline the key structure and benefits when trading with myself and Rushmarkets through the managed account service.

1) I will do all the trades on your behalf, while you simply log into your account on a daily basis and check your trading activity of which I have placed for you.

2) I will structure a bespoke managed account trading plan and capital management plan which is tailored in accordance to you financial goals,

3) With a $1,600 account we will only risk a very small percentage (1-5%) and trade very carefully doing 1 trade a day. The realistic earning potential with a $1,600 account doing $200 trades is $140 profit per trade and even if we only have a 88.3% success rate you will still look to achieve weekly profits in the region of $980 - $1680 depending on how often your account is traded.

The withdrawal procedure has been updated with a new computer system hence why the online portal is not working currently. If you wanted to make a withdrawal you should have been instructed to send a copy of photo ID and copy of card you would like funds to be sent to along with the amount you would like to withdraw to support@rushmarkets.com

Your broker should have told you this.

I would like for you to read the beginning of the email. I tried numerous times to withdraw and got a security error. That is the reasons why you are getting all these emails. I appreciate that you are responding to me, However the refund was not processed due to the security error. Please read the email starting from bottom up so I don't have to rewrite thd emails.
