My first experience (and last) with online casinos. Made a deposit of $25.00 and lost that on the slot machine. I then deposited $50.00, casino called me to verify my personal information. Her name is Amanda. After verifing my info, she offered me $25.00 on top of my $50.00 as free play. Now I have $75.00 to play with. After a few hours of playing, my winnings were $269.00. I filled out the necessary paperwork for a withdrawal. Called them and they said it takes approx. 10 days to get my money. I emailed them a copy of drivers license, front and back of credit card i used and a copy of a utility bill showing my name and address. Couple of days went by and I called them to get status. This is when they tell me that I have to play 25 times my bonus before I can get paid (approx. one thousand dollars). They were trying to get me to play more and I didnt want to. They are refusing to pay me my winnings of $269.00. This Casino should be shut down. Nothing but a scam to get your money. Need help if anyone has any ideas...

1) rollover on bonuses is a norm in all online casinos. go read the rules
2) when you accepted the bonus u agreed to follow the rules which is rolling it over 25 times.
3) every single online casino in the universe has some form of rollover requirements on bonus money
4) read the rules before you agree , so when you check that little box called I agree, but you really have no idea whats written in there, dont be surprised that u get unpleasantly surprised.
5) So you refused to follow the casino's rules about bonus rollover, are playing illegally from the USA, are playing at a casino that forbids American gamblers (what country did you select from their application drop-down box since USA is not an option), and you are asking for help?
Hopefully this story will help the next player learn about rollover requirements on all bonus cash and to not blindly agreee to terms and conditions of an online casino before first reading them.

I gave you good information. If you continue to use ANY on line casino, you are risking your money-it's illegal for folks in the U.S.- the more legitimately appearing casino sites will NOT ALLOW a person to sign up and play if their IP address indicates the play to be is in the U.S.
Don't believe me? Here's a quick little test you can make for yourself. Go to a poker website, pokerstars. (poker stars) and you will see for yourself that the U.S. Government has SIEZED their web domain-they were foolish enough to have their servers in the U.S.
The on line casinos are based off shore. If they refuse to pay you your money, your only recourse would be to file a lawsuit in the country in which they are based-many are based in Curacao. No U.S. court will here your case because of the "clean hands" doctrine. The U.S. courts will not help you recover funds you lost will engaged in an illegal activity. You might well run into this same problem if you were to attempt a lawsuit in Curacao or some other country.
U.S. goverment agencies are not going to help you-you're on your own.
I'm not criticizing you for gambling, that's your choice, just be AWARE THAT YOU ARE RISKING YOUR MONEY at any online casino. Visit a brick and mortar casino and gamble away.
Also, think twice before you accuse someone of being an employee because you don't like the information given you-it makes you look more foolish than you are for gambling on line.

If you reside in the U.S. you are out of luck if they refuse to pay you.
Federal law makes it illegal for persons in the U.S. to gamble on on-line casinos and on-line poker sites. No U.S. government agency is going to help you recover your funds. The best you can do at this point is warn others.
Remember, you will run the risk of losing all your funds at ANY on-line casino-if they decide they don't wish to pay you, no U.S. government agency is going to assist you because you have violated federal law by gambling on these types of site.
