This place signed me up for their electric service without my permission. They spoke to someone at my house who I did not give authority to make decisions. They do not know if they were speaking to an adult or a minor and did not have them provide identification. His name was not on the billing information nor does he live in my household but yet this company changed my services over without speaking to the owner first! You would think this should be enough for an apology and a correction on the part of a upstanding company who made the mistake of having unsuitable ways for trying to gather new clients. They told me they have a man voice ( visitor) giving them permission and signing a contract. I am a woman who has never agreed to doing business with this company and they want me to pay 150.00 to get out of a contract I never entered, or a discounted rate of 75.00 this to someone you have no legal binding contract with
