Rushmore Services are no more than a loan sharking business they are predatory lenders. Chase transferred my loan to them without my knowledge in may 2017 and it has been a nightmare. Unfair charges haressement and added charges to my account. I can't seem to wrap my head around why are they being lowed to operate like this! Rushmore services needs to be investigate ASAP1 Is this how companies are allowed to be legal loan sharks fleecing consumers?
Consumers are reporting them but nothing is being done. When did loan sharking become legal? Someone needs to step up to the plate and regulate this loan sharking company and protect the consumers. Americia has become a joke as far as regulations concerning these legal loan sharks. Your site ask for information of wrong doing by companies like rushmore services but never help the consumer why ask for the complaints if your site is not going to help class action suits filed aganist them. Enough is enough do something with these complaints! Consumers aganist the types of loan sharks and predatory lenders? They needs to be investigated

Our loan was transferred to Rushmore from Roundpoint. We never missed a payment or was late. However, when we changed insurance carriers saving over 1200 dollars annually our mortgage increased rather than decreasing.
Our taxes did not increase either. Rushmore is "estimating" an escrow shortage of more than $3000 on a loan with the same tax rate and a lower insurance premium where the borrower has paid on time every month. Terrible company -- Facts!!!

A lender cannot alter the terms of a loan, so apparently the 'unfair’ and 'added charges’ are penalties that were assessed due to your failure to honor the terms of the loan agreement. Correct? Are the 'harassment’ calls actually collection calls? Of course they are.
