Russ Ackerman deadbeat, tenant, life coach, bad tenant, court watcher New Baden Surrounding Area Illinois

Russ-his wife Elizabeth-and their 5 kids rented a house from me and my husband. They d**n near destroyed it. Did about 10,000 in damage.Ran out oweing us 1860.00...thats rent and late fees.

After running out, we found a note from the Department of Social Services-Child Protective Services. It seems Russ and Elizabeth kept the kids locked in the house while they was gone. Filed false charges against a neighbor who stopped the kids from falling out of a high window..he said the neighbor tried to rape them...he filed false charges against my husband, saying he stole about 1300.00 which is another lie.

In the house..we have one of those stoves with a flat burner..we found a childs handprint BURNED into the burner..I got pictures.

They filed charges..and then ran off to the New Baden area..If you see him..please take a look at his kids. Are they still dirty? They was lucky to get a bath once a week..and slept in the same cloths.

If you know where he is contact Child Protective Services there and tell them theys an open case here in Rutherford County NC.
