Russ Catt of CATT EAS got a shipment of cable spools by sweet talking over phone and creating emergency situation for immdiate shipping. This turned out to be a smoke screen.... He got a large shipment of cables spools shipped via UPS next day air using his UPS account. ..... His website, his UPS account were all real... He was supposed to send payment within 15 days. He never paid.. He supposedly sent payment 4 times in his email commitments. they all turned out to be lies... 5 months later our UPS account got suspended because Russ CATT refused to pay UPS bill for that shipment, making us liable for that one too. We had to pay additional $500 for his shipment to get our UPS account in operation again..
He is an individual who makes promises but got no character or religion, other than ripping small companies off.
Yes we goofed up big time, by trusting in Russ Catt.... Yes we were fooled by his promises....
DO NOT trust Russ Catt..... or anyone associated with CATT EAS... in Illinois area.
