RUSS DALBEY-WINNING IN THE CASH FLOW BUSINESS RIPOFF, MORE THAN JUST $39.99 WESTMINISTER Colorado

I bought Russ Dalbey's Winning in the Cash Flow Business, this past Sunday. During the ordering process they start with the addon's, like "pay for the whole course now and save $40.00!!!" Long story short I paided for the whole course and the website for a total of $216.97, and Russ was going to pay S/H charges. The operator wanted me to buy more products, but, I told him that I had spent enough money.

I went to work on Monday and decided to research notes on the internet, to get a an idea of what they are. During my search I found Ripoff Report.com and began reading the complants against Russ Dalbey. I think this guy is a crook and very unehtical in his business practices.

I called the company to tell them I was cancelling my order from Sunday. The operator asked me why? I teold him I did some research and read other peoples complaints and thought the company was very unethical. He made a belittling comment to me and put me on hold.

About 2 minutes later he said that he couldn't tell if it had alraedy been shipped, and that he was going to refund my money. He also said if the package arrives to just send it back, which I will do, with a signature upon delivery.

I contacted my credit card company and told them the dispute, and thy told me that Russ Dalbey has 7-10 business day to refund my account, because it is still pending. If they dont I can dispute the charge made.

I will keep you informed if I get my refund or not.
