I'm so very grateful for this website that would allow consumers, such as myself, who have been given what was obviously a bad deal an opportunity to vent. But even more important to expose what needs to be said, so that anyone can be given an honest and informed opinion, beyond the sales hype, from the people who have been involved first hand in whatever company they happen to be with. I'm not talking about a few disgruntled people who look to bad mouth a company because something did or did not work for them. However when you have pages of comments about real experiences, both good and bad then that lends some validity to what's being said.

I too ordered the Winning in the "Cash Flow Business" course back in November. Try as I might, it was a bit overwhelming. The bottom line is it certainly was not as easy as Russ Dalbey advertises with the It's Easy - 3 Simple Steps?, nor is it a fast process, and you can't do it with NO MONEY. The money expenditures come with you marketing the product in an effort to locate notes as well as with all the ?back-end? products or services that become necessary for you to hopefully achieve some measure of any real success. I was ready to walk away from my huge investment until I came across this website ? thanks to all those who offered their war stories, I gleamed some very helpful information.

However, before I decided to post my experience, I contacted Mr. Jed Firestone, Customer Relations Manager with Dalbey's Wealth Institute. I have to say that Mr. Firestone is indeed a credit to that organization. What I thought would be a long drawn out fight to redeem the monies I had invested, actually ended quite amicably with his assurance that he would refund to me all the monies I had expended ? I was elated. And, true to his word he did exactly what he said and I was given a full refund. I'm appreciative of Mr. Firestone's help and immediate assistance. Perhaps toning down the marketing plan to portray a more realistically achievable one, especially as relates to timeframes and the real dollars that can be made, instead of the one in a million hyped up ones, will help to alleviate some of these horror stories.

Thanks again to the Rip-Off site and its founders. You are a much needed resource for real people with real issues apart from the bureaucracies where issues most always get lost in the formalities!
