I ordered Russ Dalbey's Cash Flow system sometime in October 2005. I paid for the shipping and handling on my debit card $9.95. In addition, I read his money back guarantee policy. After recieving the package. I got several calls from his people pressuring me to purchase additional training for $3000 or more. I knew right then and there this was a scam.

Therefore I tried several times to call his customer service line to cancel my order. However, each time I was put on hold for at least 15 minutes or more and never got through to anyone. Fifteen minutes is too long for any customer to wait for any type of service over the phone. In addition, I never got through to anyone. Since I could not get a response by phone. On November 3, 2005 I sent back his cash flow business kit via mail with a letter in writing requesting them to cancel this order and asking Russ Dalbeys Winning the Cash Flow Business to do not debit my credit card. Guest what? They debited my account after they received the Cash Flow Business kit back. As a result, I have called their customer service center and talked to several customer service reps requesting my account to be credited within the next 24 hours. They keep giving me the run around stating that I did not call in this cancellation and they have no way of tracking the product or any way of knowing if their Product center has recieved the returned product kit. I contacted my Local Post Office, and according to their tracking system, Russ Dalbey's packaging center received my returned Cash FLOW package on November 8, 2005. On November 10, 2005 they deliberately debited my account $67.00, when I had specifically stated in writing for them not to debit my account. Since then I have been back and forth on the phone with his customer service reps and I have written Russ Dalbey several emails regarding this matter and I have not gotten any type of commitment on when I am going to get my money back.

This is a SCAM! His Cash Flow system is a Bogus farce! Lets Shut down Russ Dalbey's Winning In the Cash Flow Business Americas Note Network today! The only cash flow going on here is from hard working people's hands to Russ Dalbey's pocket.

Sorry to hear about your unfortunate experience with Russ Dalby. He and others like him are truly evil. Threatening these thieves with lawsuits, FTC and Attorney General reports won't do anything. And certainly shaming them is not going to work.

Just work with you credit card company to see of you can get the charges reversed. Then cancel that card and get another one.

I work at a TV station that runs a million infomercials and there is one common factor they all share: RIPOFF. Don't ever order anything off of TV. Especially if there is no actual mailing address (P.O Boxes do not count)and the only payment they accept are (1) credit cards or (2) debit by check. Those are tip offs that they are going screw you.

Ask Ried from Hawaii. He seems to know how to get your money back or at least make Russ a little uncomfortable. Good Luck!
