There are many other reports here that accurately detail the dischohnest practices of this company. About 5 years ago, I saw the infomercial. Russ Dalby claims that someone in the Note business mentored him, and he was successful and felt compelled to share his knowledge for the benefit of others.
After receiving the initial kit, I was pestered daily (sometimes several times a day) by phone and Email to buy additional training materials. The initial kit really provides NO training whatsoever. That kit just gives a sketchy outline of the business. I called them and Emailed them repeatedly to try to find out how much money Russ had personally made from note transactions, or how many he had personally completed. Nobody knew the answer.
They make a lot of claims, but can't establish their credentials. The "coaches", likewise, won't tell you whether they've personally completed a successful transaction. They are hard-charging salesmen of training, "mentoring", and booklets, though. Why would anyone pay to be mentored by someone who won't even say whether they have had any success in the business? I wouldn't- and had to threaten them to get them to stop soliciting me.
Steer clear of these poseurs!!!

Note trading and similar securities transactions

I have heard of this guy a few years, and reading these posts, I want to add this. if this man is doign what he purports, then under SEC regulations, he has to be licensed and registered firstly.
What he is talking about is getting average consumers to act as Intermediaries or bird dog notes which he trades through his system; however, anyone who engages in the leats to any regulated security MUST meet licensing requirements or it is felony federal offense not including what violations your state securities regulators may impose.
And if Russ is on top and open, then his filings to SEC and IRS are all p;ublic and SHOULD be able to be gotten from their sites respectively or contacting them diretcly.
I used to trade privately as my own inevstor and have been involved in futures contracts (approx. 1,000) and many other regulated secutires years ago- BUT on my own and for myself. BUT, once ANYONE gets involved where other peoples' funds or assets or notes are involved, you then fall under scrutiny of the securities laws and this is where it can get sketchy for those unsuspecting and purchase his materials..
YOU all better know what opyu are getting inot first, before you allow yourselevs to be used as some Intermediary for this or anyone elses' business practices..
OPEN DISCLOSURE is federal securities requirements always, and any publications involving sucvh must hold same disclosure on all materials that you can gain or lose all your funds when you get into any investment scenario...

That 72 page booklet they first send you is a nifty place to park your coffee cup. When you are finished drinking your coffee for the day, you simply tear the coffee-ringed booklet page off and throw it away. Then you have a clean page for tomorrow. If Russ sends you a new booklet every two months, you should be all set.
