 I went to russ darrow of green bay to look at 2010 hyundai genesis and instantly got harrased about putting cash down on it to supposedly 'hold' it so no one else bought it while they secured a lender. cotract says that if they can't after 30 days, they'll refund the 200. Yea right!! its been almost 50 days now. I've called them twice and both times they said we've taken care of it, the corporate office has sent you a check. The one lady said she talked to the general manager about it.

I just got off the phone with the general manager, who says this is the first he's heard of it. Then he told me that he'll talk to the '' corporate '' office, and see what they can do. Thats the same exact horse sh#t the first two said. I told him I've had enough and been waiting too long, so I'm gonna take 'em to small claims court. When I told him that, he laughed at me! Do not give these scum bags money down on a car if your not sure about your credit. Better yet, just don't do business with these scum bags. Scum of the earth.
