First time in 30 years I bought a new car in Sept 2011.  After 3 hours of being worn down by inept 'salesman' signed papers only to realize late that night the out right deception of what happened.  Chuck Bowers the "business mgr"   promised a 'rock bottom' price - which i agreed to -  but filled in the sticker price anyway on the sales agreement - $4000 higher.   When signing all the papers, this was not caught by me until i realized later 'something' was wrong. 

Too, the 'Platinum Pkg'  warranty by Fidelity covered everything - according to Chuck Bowers.  Another $1400.  What he also failed to tell me is there's an added  $100 deductible.   Bowers elevates b*llsh*t to an artform.

Just after 2 weeks of driving the car, the AWD switch was defective - found out the hardway.

Later the radio was defective and  replaced with a  'new'  one - conveniently pre-set to someone else's 10 channels.  Another stream of unsolicited bs.      This second radio is also defective

In trying to get a working radio in this car, they want yet another $100  deductible.

About to file a complaint with the state

Never deal with this unscrupulous bunch  !!
