At the sales preview they show you how to pick 10 or so stocks each day that you could trade. It is only supposed to take 20 minutes each day to look them up. After you sign up for the class which is $1995.00 they send you software that does not pick the specific stocks you need to research.

When attending the classes, they set you up by telling you that you now need to buy Trade Seeker software to separate the good stocks from the ones you do not need to research. On the first day this software costs $2695.00. But by the third day it costs only $1695.00 or Free if you attend 2 or more of thier bootcamps which cost anther $5,000.00. The classes can go as high as $28,000.00.

What they do may be legal, but it is unethical. They are a well oiled high pressure sales force that should not be played with. They are very good at what they do. Beware of any Russ Whitney sales pitch.

Teach Me To Trade Did

AUTHOR: Aaron - (USA)

POSTED: Sunday, October 04, 2009

I just wanted to agree and also comment on what Teach Me To Trade gave me in regards to learning to trade.  When starting the classes with the initial free 3 hour into and then $200 3 day taster, it was amazing that there were people in the class that thought that for $200 and 3 days you were going to be given the key to financial independance.

I think the confusion is that the TMTT people should come out and say 'It is going to cost you at least $10K for the cost of mentors and classes and on top of that you have to work your a*s off charting and practicing constantly to get really good, then if you have the personality to contain your own personal fear and greed you will then become stupidly rich'.

Does the above sound like a University degree cost?  Even if you want to be a plumber, it will take more than $200 and a 3 day course to do it, why do people think that they would be sitting pool-side at the four-seasons for the same weekend.

Personally I have been trading with the TMTT methods for about 18 months.  My new hobby is charting.  No sodoku, no ballroom dance, or who can embarrassed the most in 3 minutes tv shows...just charting.  If the goal is to make loads of cash, i'm afraid it still takes work.

By the way, I quit my job and make mid-6 figures per year trading from what I learned from Teach Me To Trade in May 2007.  Happy trading!

Aaron

Teach Me To Trade / Top Notch Company & Products

AUTHOR: Rick - (U.S.A.)

Concerning Robert's report of TMTT.

This is not a rip-off or bait and switch company. I went to the same seminars given.
Trading in the stock market is not a get rich quick or quickly learned skill. There is so much information that needs to be given and you need to know on how you desire to trade. The small amount of time given at the seminars is just way to small. They only hit on the tip of the iceberg. You do have to do your part. The price for the continued education is always the same. You can take as many or as few courses as you want. There is no "boot camp" style classes. They offer classes in person, on line with on demand when you want, webinars and classes on dvd, personal coaches and personal mentors. In todays educational systems, we fine many working people can not pick up and go to a college of there choice do to they own problems, thus the various options of the schools coming to you.

I will admit that the information to me is boring due to the massive amounts of pure information that I need to absorb to achieve my goals.

Trading the stock market successfully is not an art rather it is a science. If you can read a stop light, then you can use most vendors "black box" systems to earn wealth. TMTT teaches you how and why, and not just "red and green lights"

I have the software in which Robert refers to.
The "Trade Seeker" software will indeed find and alert you of the type of stock pattern you wish to trade even in your own set price range. You can have as many as 50 at a time sent to you. This takes a lot of time to filter through, so I collect only 5-10 at a time and manage to sift through those. I prefer to have not just 2 or 3 "good buy" signals but 4,5 or 6. TMTT shows you how to look for those.

Bottom line is this. This is the big times. If you want to make those big dollars then you have to do your home work also.

In my opinion, there are far to many people who are looking for a "Get Rich Quick" way to fortunes and do it for "No money or time out of my own pocket" mentality. Look at how long and how much money students pay to become doctors.
While letters and diplomas with $2 will buy you a cup of coffee, to make it in the real world you still have to learn then apply.

description of our course please allow me to set the record straight

AUTHOR: James - (United Kingdom)

POSTED: Wednesday, April 14, 2004

In response to the inaccurate description of our course please allow me to set the record straight on the following facts.

The complainant states that the software (Trade Centre) doesnt pick specific stocks. He clearly has never used it.If you go to the 'Tools' Menu of the software and use the 'searches' function , the 'thumbsearch' , the newsletter , the sector search , the top ten lists , the news headline search or any of the other stock picking functions you are given reams of hot stocks to investigate.During the seminar you are told about the three green thumbs up , if this isnt a stock indicator then what is!!!

The complainant states that you are obliged to purchase the Trade Seeker software. This is also baloney , it is entirely up to the student if they wish to do this. They state that this software is need to "separate the good stocks from the ones you do not need to research".This shows how little the complainant understands the Trade Seeker software and once again demonstrates that he hasn't actually done this himself.Trade Seeker actually searches for stocks according to the strategy of the student and at no time does it seperate/sort the stocks you've picked ,it actually provides even more for you to investigate!

The complainant also says that the price of the software changes during the duration of the course , once again this is complete poppycock the price remains the same throughout.
I frequently demonstrate this software to students here in the UK and would be delighted to show any representative you choose how badly wrong the complainant is.

You have my contact details and I welcome your response.
