This is a fact - all these guys on infomercials are CROOKS and IDIOTS. They are'nt gurus at all. If they were experts making so much money from real estate or trading stocks, don't you think they would be spending their time doing just that? WAKE UP! You need to accept the fact that EVERY PERSON on an infomercial trying to sell you something or get you to come to one of their "Free" seminars (to sell you something) are CROOKS. They ONLY money they are making is from YOU.

Next, you need to contact the attorney general of your state with complaints of these crooks. Finally, you need to protest to your local TV station that continues to sell these crooks ad time. Tell them that if they continue to sell ad time to infomercial crooks, you will ban their station.

Start by calling the number below. I have been contacted by CNN. That was how I learned About the refund. The Florida State Attorney General uses an complaint affidavit.
They will send you a letter informing you of the settlement. If you go to http://www.ripoffreport.com and search (Whitney Shamy) you will find the instructions to file a complaint.
There is a sample letter there too. You can start by contacting your local attorney general in your state first. Have that complaint forwarded and the (photocopied) evidence to the Florida AG. Find any email/usmail advertising addressed directly to you.

I am particularly interested in the free seminar gurus. This is the first step in the
whole scam. Their attorney's may send a letter threatening to sue (in 30 days) for defamation if the free seminar gurus name isn't removed from the ROR. The last one was about 3 months ago.
They post threatening rebuttals on the ROR website. What was the name of the first guru in your chain of events? These are the speakers who tell the first lie and make the first faults promise. When confronted, they will call you a whiner. Then, they distance themselves from the Whitney alliance and explain how he used his time making his latest and greatest real estate deal with his miracle real estate technology.
Fact is, he is not, and never has been licensed to practice real estate anywhere.
Realtors deal with foreclosures, are trained to be diligent and will prevent the kind of tragic mistakes made by Whitney real estate amateurs. Agents can be find and can lose their licenses if they don't. Your guru, and his troop, will disappear like a band of gypsies.
