Its like stacy has some personal grudge agaisnt me and tries to make everyone think i've done something to her. I don't even know her for her to want bad things to happen to me and for my life to be ruined. She is a crude evil person. I get falsely accused of calling names when infact its her and the other jerks calling me names.  I don't care what grudge she has agaisnt me.

She has no right to keeping on harassing me and posting slanderous comments about me.  She personally attacks me for no reason. I've never done nothing to her for her to target me like she does. We all know she hates consumer fairness. I hate to be the person if she is on a jury. She will find them guity because she doesn't like anyone.

Why are you people so agaisnt consumer rights and fairnes. Y'all fight everyone tooth and nail who makes a complaints agaisnt a person or business who has committed evil toward them or misteated them.  And why do i have to put up with so much abuse for exposing the wrongs and evils that have been done to me.

There is not one law firm or attorney north of the equator who would touch you with a ten foot pole.

Y'all have given me enough ammunation to file a intentional tort lawsuit  causing me undue emitional mental pain and suffering. Yes if you cause a sane person to be insane by intentionally bullying them, and causing them to kill themselves you are responsible.

 Like how me neighbors intentional caused me emitional harm, by falsely accusing me to the phenix city  police and the police believed them therefore causing me emitional mental stress.   I have a right to file a intentional tort lawsuit for causing me harm. And sue the phenix city police department for not investigating the false accusations made by my neighbors.

I just wont to tell people that I was the one who was harassed and bulled and abused from my neighbors!. The municipal court had no probally cause in getting a charge of harassment on us,  it was nothing but a "Kangaroo" court & the just had nothing but malice against us!.  The judge intended to harm us and ruin our lives. Well we had to get a lawyer and spend $2500 to get out of this mess which we was forced in this situation  buy our neighbors and the police!.

The da was saying for them to drop it we had to stay away from them! but they was the ones yelling & screaming at us threatening a "Federal Judge"  that he was going to fry our A**,  then the corrupt crooked municipal court judge found us guilty of harassing them!. I got told to take my "Retarded" self back in my own home!. They also said we was "White Trash & that we was poor" & calling me Retarded".

We tried to file a complaint at the phenix city municipal court they denied out request,  our lying neighbors also told us that they was going to the higher ups the captain and police chief to get us in trouble. The problem was the DA was believing their "BS" lies about me saying I was doing this and that & I didn't do a thing! or what they accused me of!.

All we did was stood our ground with these neighbors & they didn't like it!

They get called the "Victims" no we are the victims of their false accusation and harassment because we wouldn't allow them to park in front of our home its considered rude!,  now they think they can push around any one because the judge didn't hold any of them accountable or punish them he let them walk while we got found guilty!. 

I lost trust in the police the justice system everything!, I have never been more betrayed in my life!. In fact I despise all of them!.

When we went to the police station to file a complaint for harassment we was deny because the ahole police put everybody was arguing but they let our neighbors file a warrant for harassment against us.  Well they didn't tell that to the B**** across the street that they allowed them to file a warrant for harassment against us!.  Talk about a "Biased" municipal court judge & police department!.

It has been one major nightmare for us!.  Why is I have to respect their property but they don't respect ours!.  I would like to tell the crooked people in phenix city "I'M NOT MOVING!".

They all need to be fired in the municipal court & the current municipal court judge for allowing neighbors to use the court & the DA as their slave & waste tax payer money on phony trials to falsely prosecute people for harassment when it was the accusers who was doing the harassing!.  They are using the court & DA as their personal slave in telling him lies saying we did this to them which they did it to us!.

These scumbag neighbors have really crossed the line they have gone of the deep in & they need to belong in a mental institution before they cause damage to some other person & cause distress in their family! 

The municipal court did not have a probable cause to allow our neighbors to take out a warrant against us for harassment! the municipal court would not allow us to file harassment charges against us! because!.

The corrupt judge found us guilty of harassment but we have appealed it!.  The judge could not get how they was on our property that is because the municipal court would not allow us to file harassment charges on our neighbors.  On court date the police was seen laughing with our accusers which was very unprofessional!.

The phenix city police are the reason why all this took place because they would not do their job in stopping our neighbors from harassing us! instead the municipal court allowed the harassers to file harassment charges against us!.

I never felt more back stabbed & betrayed in my life!.  Also anyone who is friends with these scumbag neighbors cannot be on the jury.  We had to get a lawyer to protect our rights because they wouldn't leave us alone on their own that is how slime they really are & anyone who defends them are slime to!.  They are trying to ruin our lives but we are fighting back this is a statement from their website which I have to laugh at!.

These neighbors are also defamating our character to get people against us!.  I will not move this is our home & nobody is going to force us out!.

They did agree to drop the harassment charges only if I agreed to pay the court cost.  I said  no all I did was defend myself against them.  Why don't they make them pay the court cost.  They still refused to hand over to my lawyer any evidence they have against me witness statements or anything.  The reason why they want send him nothing is because the DA doesn't have anything.

Why should I have to pay the court cost when my neighbors are the ones who caused all this mess.  The judge let their friend walk who they got to harass me.  These judges are the problem why these trouble makers get away with causing injustices!.  The DA didn't present anything at the hearing in the municipal court but the crooked judge still finds me guilty.

I was the one who was verbally abused I didn't threaten them they called me white trash telling me I need to be put on medication but trying to convince the judge that is a different story! he was a crooked judge!.  The police was also in on this & I don't really care if they don't like what I have to say.

Everybody is against me fine I don't care anymore.  I will defend my rights!.

I was forced to move from phenix city because I chose to stand up to my neighbors who was harassing me & bullying me trashing up my property with their beer bottles and water bottles and leaving skid marks in the dirt and mud.  The neighbors retaliate & went to the phenix city police department & filed false charges on harassment.

The police only put in a police report what they feel should be in it then on court date things did not go very well for me I was unemployed at the time & on unemployment so I couldn't afford a attorney so I had to get a public defender which was my biggest mistake.  The neighbors told the judge I said this & that.

When it was my turn to speak he acted like it didn't interest him because I was the one on trial accused of harassment when it was me who was harassed the judge didn't believe my side of the story.  I did not have anyone on my side my sorry public defender believe my neighbors side of the story.  All I did was stand up to my neighbors when they was screaming & verbal abusing me & calling names insulted me all out in the middle of the street.

So how can the judge say I harassed them or how can they talk to a police officer who didn't even show up when I called the police & allow them to file a warrant for my arrest for harassing them.  I was the one harassed they even had the other neighbors gang up on me.  

My rights was severally raped I was denied justice the Phenix City municipal court I a crooked court & a kangaroo court!.  All they do is violate peoples civil rights they have been doing it since this town has been alive well before I was even born just look up the Phenix City story it was named the most wicked city In America.

Well guess what it still is! after what was done to me.  I got found guilty of harassment when all I did was stand up to my neighbors when they was screaming & calling me the B**** several times in a row for the whole neighborhood to hear.  I was humiliated & degraded my happiness has been taken away from me in my own home!.
