Terrible experience with horrible service. I got this as a birthday gift and was very  excited to drive a NASCAR, everything was great up until I got into the car. Once I started to move the 1-way radio stopped working, they use the radio to relay information to you such as letting someone pass you, if you can safely pass someone else, if you should pull into the pit....ect. Well my radio stopped functioning once I started moving and I could not hear a thing so I pulled back into the pit and notified them of the malfunction, they told me the volume was turned down so they supposedly turned it up. Once I got back on the track the radio stopped working again which made for a very unsafe situation considering the track has other armature race car drivers out there.

I ended up pulling in and complain and asked for the manager since I could not enjoy the race constantly worrying about another car colliding with me. I was sent to talk to Blair DuPree, who I was told was in charge. He told me that he could refund the price of my video which was insulting considering the package cost nearly $600 and I spent $100 in diesel fuel to get out to the track not to mention that I'm self employed and closed my shop for the day to go to this racing experience, when I'm not working I still have over head and had to pay my employees for the day off. I explained that to him and he said that I could drive another car but I would have to wait until the end of the day when everyone else was finished. Again I was insulted that I would have to wait as if my time is meaningless. He then suggested that I don't know how to use the radio and I probably did not have the ear bud on correctly but at the same time admitted that 2 other people had complained about the radio earlier that day in the car I was driving! That was the last straw at that point I was completely insulted suggesting that I don't know how to wear a set of ear buds. I spent 5 years in the military as a electronics technician working on multimillion dollar communication equipment, I think I can use a ear buds for a $250 radio. If I were to bet I would say that the connector for the radio is going bad and when the card start to vibrate from the motion at high speeds the signal to the ear buds cuts out, that more logical than having a total of three people not know how to use a set of ear buds in the same car on the same day.

I will have the person who gifted the racing experience to me contact their credit card company and request a refund, in the mean time I will look into the other racing experiences out their, I'm certain that another racing experience\nce outfit has to have better customer service as well as equipment. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY OR JEOPARDIZE YOUR SAFETY WITH THESE CLOWNS!!!!

Wonderful Experience with Rusty Wallace Racing Experience

I bought a Groupon for my husband to have a Rusty Wallace Racing Experience.

We drove to Lebanon, Tennessee to the Nashville Super Speedway with lots of

excitement. My husband had always wanted to drive a real Nascar.

As I watched him zoom around the track, I knew he was having the time of his life

and couldn't wait to watch the video I had purchased.

When he got back, we hurried to watch the video, only to find that only two seconds

showed up. The staff was wonderful! They immediately insisted that Terry be put in

another car and let him drive all over again! It was great!

The video is now on YouTube. He had a blast! I'm so glad I bought the nice

plaque too. He's very proud of it and it made an awesome picture on Facebook.

He'd love to do it again!
