This woman was so unprofessional as to get upset that we had a pervious appraisal from another appraiser that is employed by the same firm.. stating " this is my territory". Our appraisal went from $194,000 to 167,000. She then addend repairs that would have ruined our Historic Landmark Status. Buffalo New York

 In August of 2013 we had an appraisal of $240,000 It was done by an employee of TSI Appraisals of Buffalo Ny. In January our appraisal of our home located in a Ferderal Historical Landmark area of Buffalo across froma park and in the Elmwood area of Buffalo sank to $167,000. Ms Gardner was so upset that we had a previous appraisal in August by another appraiser in "HER TERRITORY".  She went to war and demanded that we deface the foyer of the home and install an illegal double cylinder deadbolt on our tenants glass door. Out tenants would have to travel through  four doors to escape from the front entrance? The photos of the apartments were mislabled and other facts in her report were erronious. It is a two apartment home with family quarters for first flooor on the third floor. We use these as a studio and rec area. She claimed 5 people live here as only four do. She was a real trip and ruined ouur deal with Quicken Loans. I refuse to pay for any associated charges.
