 Warning Bad Tenant, Ruth Smith has more Sob, Lying stories than I can list here. Suffice it to say everything that comes out of her mouth is rehearsed and calculated for a sympathetic response from anyone she deals with. But what is more troubling is that she is a Real Estate paralegal who obviously has learned to circumvent the Landlord/tenant maze and has ten evictions under her belt.

Ruth Smith has a tendency to rent "furnished" units, and when she has determined the timeline in the eviction process, she changes the landlords locks, denies access and then steals everything in the unit not bolted down. Ruth Smith was on felony probation for Grand theft Auto, but a preliminary background check did not show that info. She has multiple references, but are all false and staged by either friends or family. She has a small Maltese dog that is unsocialized, untrained and dangerous to small children. As of today she drives a newer model black Mercedes that is months behind on payments. The bulk of her family is in either Atlanta or Chicago.
