RV Doctor RV Doctor, Ft Myers RV Repair Not fulfilling promises Fort Myers Florida

My mother took her RV in after getting a quote for 12,757.53 for all repairs. She asked if she could make payments. They said yes and invited her in to sign a contract.

She took the RV in and they rushed her to sign the contract saying the notary was in a hurry. Unfortunately she signed last 8/1/17. She paid 6,000.00 on her credit card and they began to take payments on 9/2/17 for 307.16 until March of this year when her debit card number changed. They have not taken an additional 1,842.96.

She has repeatedly called Shellie (President) asking when she can pick up her RV. Shellie promises to call back but never does. Katie promises to have Shellie email us, but they never do.

We have explained that we have the cash to pick up our RV. Now they are avoiding our calls.

The contract states that my mom is to pay 307.16 monthly until 6,757.53 is paid in full. No where in the contract does it say what they have to do for it. There is no mention of the repair or the time in which it should be repaired.

Check the BBB before working with these folks. There are other simular complaints that describe Shellie lying constantly which she has done repeatedly with us. I really don't know how these folks sleep at night....probably laughing all the way to the bank!
