RV Fridge House Owners Jerry And James Brandon Collins, and a woman called herself Wendy who took my order. NUcold, aka RV icebox aka RV Cold Fridge aka Freeze it, I ordered a Dometic NDR 1292 Refrigerator cooling unit on December the 27th, paid $ 800.00 and never got the part. Plumerville Arkansas

Paid $ 800.00 for a cooling unit I never recieved.

I made numerous calls but never recievd a call back, always an answering machine. I did recieved a text message on 01/31/2018 send from his I phone, after I called him running a shady business. He text me that the 1292 unit was picked up and he would send me the  tracking number the following day, and that he is not a shady business but extremely busy and short handed with the flu going around.

I'm still waiting on that tracking number. I made more calls, and finally I got a call back from a woman named Wendy, who took my order in the first place, and she told me she was not in the office at the moment, and she could not understand why the unit was not shipped out, and that she would contact whomever she was going to contact and tell this person to call me, the call never came.

At this moment, I have no contact at all, and lost my $ 800.00

Now I'm sending around 150 text message to both phones a day, make calls and hold the answering machine as long as I can and keep asking for my money back. I do not want the part anymore, because I do not trust these people to send me a part that might not even work.
