Consigned our RV with RV Peddler in Yuma, AZ. Found out later that the owner of RV Peddler is located in Bakersfield, CA at the RV Peddler in Bakersfield.
Salesperson Tammy called and stated she had a CASH buyer. February 16, 2015 went to RV Peddler lot and found that our RV was not on the lot. Contacted Tammy and GM Ken and was advised that the buyer took the RV. Questioned when our loan would be paid off and when we would receive the balance.
Did not hear back. Called back on 3/6/2015 and was told by Ken that payoff would go to our lender on 3/11/2015. Remember... they gave our RV to the buyer without getting money. I then call RV Peddler's owner who is in their Bakersfield Ca location. Found out that the buyer's loan for the RV had not closed. Remember... she is driving our RV around and we are still making payments and providing insurance.
Finally on 3/16/2015 they send payment to our lender to pay off RV. RV Peddler still owes us $11,0000 for the remaining balance of our agreement after the payoff. Can not get them to send me a check... they keep making excuses.
I have filed a complaint with the AZ Atty General, Better Busines Bureau and waiting to hear back from an investigator with AZ Dept of Motor Vehicles who licenses dealerships. Be very careful when dealing with RV Peddler of Yuma, AZ. I would hate for anyone to ever go through what we have gone through to try and get the money they owe us.

Still not paid by RV Peddler Yuma, AZ

As I explained to RV Peddler, I could not cancel my insurance as I had a loan on the RV. Per RV Peddler's response to my complaint with the AZ Atty General's Office, "They sold our RV (which was consigned with RV Peddler) on 2/13/2015, paid off our loan on 3/16/2015" as of this date 4/16/2015 they still owe us $11,315.73 and all they do is argue with us and refuse to pay. BEWARE of RV Peddler in Yuma, AZ as far as consigning an RV. We have an appt. with an attorney now as we can seek Treble Damages and so will be seeking $33,947.19, though a big portion will go to the attorney hopefully RV Peddler in Yuma, AZ will not rip off anyone else.

RV PEDDLER INC. contracted the sale of the unit in February and the customer purchasing the unit had a delay in funding our dealership. We verifty the finance source for payment and allowed the unit to be delivered with the correct insurance docements from the buyer.
During the course of paperwork with the consignor we explained for her to cancell her insurance as we had insurance on
the unit from the buyer who took delivery. We paid off the loan for the consignor and when the loan payoff cleared our
bank - we payoff the consignor the balance of the contract. We were in compliance of the consignor's contract and tried to please the consignor in every concern the consignor had. Our buyer is and was quite happy with the unit.
We understood from the consignor that our business with her was done. Please contact our dealership and we will answer any questions you have on the purchase
