I purchased one jar of rvl skin care for 4.98 and .99cents shipping for a trial period.  Within a short time my accout was chared 93.00 and with in three weeks after it was charged 99.00.  I quickly called them at 1-855-294-1035 and was given to a customer service rep who could not speak english well.  I asked why I was charged and all they could say was the product working for me.  How can you tell if a skin product is working within such a short period of time!  I told them to refund my account and they refused. They said I joined a yearly skin care program.  I do not remember signing or agreeing to that.  I asked for them to send that over so that I could see what I signed?  They refused.  They are by far the worst crooks out their. 

I am still disputing with them.
