R&W Architectural Design, LLC. - Daryl Hosey, Alana McKane - Daryl W. Hosey signed a contract, accepted the completed service, won't pay the invoice Port Saint Lucie Florida

I want to share my experience with Daryl Hosey & Alana Mckane of R&W Architectural Design, LLC FL and Mathews, NC.

On 6/2/08 I responded to a posting by Alana for architectural renderings of a church Daryl was designing. On 6/3/08 Daryl signed the proposal I sent him agreeing to my fee & payment terms (upon completion of the renderings via paypal).

During the project, I saved the email from Daryl acknowledging his pleasure and acceptance as I worked on the illustration.

On 6/9/08 Daryl signed another proposal for 2 additional illustrations for this project. Same terms.
I completed the entire project on 6/24/08, Daryl indicated (via email) that he would make payment via paypal that afternoon.

That was the last time I've heard from him. He has gone dark. Won't answer my email, faxes, snail mail or phone call requests for payment.

I'm turning it for collection, as well as filing a complaint with the FL BBB, his local BBB, and contacting the FL state board of licensing. And I'll probably do the same in NC.
