These guys are sub agents for Knight Knox. I found it is possible to get a much better deal going directly to the Developer's master agent, usually Knight Knox. They are able to offer exclusive apartments they hold internally at a better price and usually a better deal. RW Invest don't have access to the most exclusive apartments as they are only a sub agent.

I also found out they are selling property for a convicted criminal (sent to prison for charity fraud). This development is unsurprisingly very delayed. I suspect they were aware who they were involved with but sold the property as they offer high fees to the agents they work with.
