RWA Design/Build,LLC is a joke of a company. I would not recommend anyone to them to build their house or do home improvements. Below is a list of the items that were not taken care in referene to my new custom home.
They include punch list items and other serious repairs. It is as follows:
1. Mold is present in 3 rooms of the house.
2. The window in the master bedroom does not work.
3. No sealing of the Travertine tile in the master bedroom.
4. The hardwood floors in the kitchen is coming up.
5. There are stll holes in the sheetrock that were not fixed.
6. The jacuzzi in the master bedroom does not work because of the on/off
switch.
7. No built in cabinets installed in the Sunroom.
8. No driveway was poured or paved.
9. No screens were installed on any of the windows.
These are a few of the more expensive items that were not taken care of.
Please, do not use this builder and pass the word along to any one else that you might know.

Just to update this report, a deposition was held on 10/14/08 in reference to this builder. Please do not pay any attention to the comments of this company, as there is a civil lawsuit
that is going to trial hopefully in early December. This case is scheduled to be heard in the Superior Court of Fulton County (State of Gerogia). As soon as I have the exact court
date, I will pass that along. I'm hoping to be able to get photos, video and addtional reports added to this report so that all future customers can see what this lawsuit is all

I would like to just update this report by saying that a deposition
was held on 10/14/08 in reference to the lawsuit that has been
filed (CIVIL ACTION FILE NO:2008CV146613) Fulton County. Hopefully, this will go to trail sometime in early December. If these issues were taken care of by the builder, this lawsuit would not have ever been filed. It has been almost 18 months and the issues mentioned in this
report still have not been taken care of. Photos, video and a lot of other
documents are available to prove all of the comments and complaints that I've made.
