Absolute worst custmer car possible. After finding the RV we wanted. Ann had said she had started the finance process for us. We were told we would know about the financing the following day. We waited thru the weekend without a phone call or email. I emailed twice on Monday only to find out they had done nothing. We were asked the same finance questions again on Monday that we were asked the privious week. Finally we were approved and ready to go. A purchase order was written and sent to the bank at 2:30 pm and the bank cut a check for the RV. We were told there were 2 other interested parties in the RV. I offered to wire money that very minute, or drive the 3 1/2 hours to the dealership to secure the RV we were approved for. I was told to wait and see how the day went, and we could just bring the money the following morning. Within 2 hours we were called by the dealership, informing us they sold the RV to someone else.
