DO NOT GET DUPED! We got caught in the money trap that is Richard Lett of RWL Contracting. He and his father built up our trust, even on the premise of friendship. They did a little work, seemed to be very diligent at first, and then dropped us without completing the job. Furthermore, the work that was done was very poor, according to other contractors we called in to complete the project. He says he doesn't like to get paid in advance in the beginning, but has a way of getting more somehow, before the work is done. He is a scammer, plain and simple. Many people have had similar experiences with him, but unfortunately, we didn't see their posts in time. He and his father have a lot of ads out on Craigslist similar to this:
