Despite your crude efforts to discredit me by filing a defamatory, libelous, and scurrilous report on Ripoff Report.com, you have failed to accomplish your goal. Since you filed your report, my rank on Amazon has only improved, to the point where I am one of the very highest ranked reviewers on Amazon.com.

You have accomplished nothing by filing your report except to expose yourself to civil liability, criminal liability, and banishment from Amazon.

I will be diligently working to make certain to receive all of these forms of punishment and will not stop until I have accomplished that mission.

You have mentioned that you brought this matter to the attention of Amazon.com. I do not believe you, because the publication of this material in any public forum is a serious breach of Amazon's Terms of Service. Amazon would have sanctioned you immediately had it learned of the publication of this material on Amazon's forum or any other forum, such as Ripoff Report.com, and knew of your identity on Amazon. Because of the severity of what you have done, Amazon would likely have permanently banned you from participating on Amazon and would possibly have taken legal action against you if it deemed that your activities violated Amazon's intellectual property rights or trademarks.

Further, when you first published this defamatory material, my rank on Amazon was around No. 34 out of approximately 35,000,000 reviewers. Today, my rank is around No. 14 out of approximately 40,000,000 reviewers, making me one of the Top Reviewers on Amazon. Had Amazon deemed that anything you claim to have reported to it to have merit, Amazon would have taken action against me, which it has not.

I am certain Amazon will be interested to learn your true identity, particularly given the fact that you claim you are a Top Reviewer on Amazon.

I suspect you are a vendor or seller who was unhappy with one of my reviews, or a disgruntled reviewer who is jealous and envious of my success and popularity on Amazon.

In due course I will take appropriate action against you.

You will regret having published this false, defamatory and libelous report.

I will be subpoenaing the records of Ripoff Report.com to cause them to produce all information about your true identity and address, coupled with all other material in their files that relate to you.

I will also use other methods to information concerning your identity or whereabouts.

Once I obtain this information, I will commence proceedings against you in federal court for defamation, libel, and other violations.

I have also been in contact with Amazon.com about your report and have forwarded it to them. I will inform Amazon.com of your true identity and, if you are in any way affiliated with Amazon.com, either as a seller, vendor, reviewer, or consumer, I am certain Amazon.com will take appropriate action against you since your activities violate Amazon's Terms of Service and other of its policies.

To the extent that your activities are criminal in nature, I will press this matter with the appropriate authorities in your jurisdiction.

Your conduct is outrageous and will not be countenanced.

You would do well to advise Ripoff Report.com that you wish to withdraw your report and publicly admit that its contents are false.
