RWS Warranty Claim Denial

We recently purchased a home and was happy to have a “warranty” if any issues came up. It gave us a sense of “security”. 

After moving in and removing the popcorn ceiling, we noticed a roof leak in the corner of the informal dining room in the rear of the home. We immediately pulled the inspection report (which we read 1,000 times before) to see if anything was noted for this area. The inspection report stated that we had a couple cracked tiles and took pictures showing the cracked tiles in the front of the roof. We then had a roofer come out, to our surprise it wasn’t an issue with cracked tiles or anything of the sort. The problem was the previous owner cemented over the drainage holes so rain water could not drain. After having the roofer fix the issue, we took photos, made copies of the detailed roofer receipt and submitted a claim. Our claim was rejected because the Sarrah Marie Porter said the photos look to be the same area because the “window frame looks the same”. What house does not have the same window frames for its windows?

Did they not read the report that says cracked tile had nothing to do with the issue and it happened due to the drains being cemented over?  

Did they not see the cemented holes and no cracked tile in the photo we submitted?

Did they not notice a wall on the right side of one photo and the wall being on the left side of the other?
