I read the reports and the rebuttals.  I decided to give it a try after seeing the web videos.  I decided to order two kits for a vehicle with water in the oil.  I placed my order and waited for it to arrive.  It arrived on the 25th of February but to my dismay, I only received one kit and it was for the Cadilac Northstar engine, not even what I had ordered.  I called the 866 number that was on the order just to get the answering service.  I gave them my order number and told them that I had only received one kit when I ordered two.  They said they would give the office the message on Monday.

Monday morning came and by 9:52AM (PST), which is the same time in California since I am in Washington, and I had still not received a phone call.  This was discerning since I figured that any company that got a complaint would make that call a priority.  Well apparently it was not.  So anyway when I called the person that answered the phone said her name was Lori.  Then when I explained that I had only received one of the kits that I had ordered I was put on hold, then the answering service answered the line.  Well I asked them what was going on and to make a long story short I found out that Lori was the office manager.  I then got on my bank statement to get a good number which was an office number but went to an answering machine that gave you a different number which I called.  It was the direct number to the company and I got Lori again.  I then explained again that I had only received one kit and she informed me that she would have to get a hold of the shipping department and would call me back.  This is on Feb. 27, 2012.  Please note that Lori even stated after I told her the kit that I received that the shipping department probably sent me the wrong order.

Well on Feb. 28, 2012 I had still not received a call back from Lori.  I then called the company back at 11:05AM and got Lori again.  She said that she would send over another e-mail to the shipping department and give me a call back before 6:00pm that evening to give me a response to the problem.   I had given her my cell phone number and to this date (March 8, 2012) there still has been no response to the sending of only one kit.  I am very disappointed in the customer service with this company and to knowingly rip someone off over $100.00 for their personal gain is sickening.

I will be giving them one more chance to redeem themselves today March 8, 2012 and will post the outcome.
