RX Repair Rx Mobile TV Repair Fradulent Business and Consumer Reports and Complaints Internet

My husband really wanted to get his tv fixed for super bowl sunday so he found this company on the internet and they told him it was 40.00 to even come look at the tv.

Their appointment was for 2pm and they didnt show up until two hours after the appointment. I already took this as a sign of bad business and tried to cancel the appointment. They finally showed up after I tried to cancel and they said they'd told me it was something minor and could be fixed for a min of 125 and a max of 240.

They showed up hours after they promised me to pickup the televisionand took 20 dollars and left no reciept. They said they would call the next day with a quota for services that would be needed.

We called them back for over a week straight and got no answer from them. I called from another number and received prompt from another number besides the number we conducted business from. I didn not answer and he called numerous from five different numbers.

Finally two week later they answered and said they did 240.00 dollars of work without even getting my authorization. He told my husband he didn't know how to get a hold of us because his workers left him no receipt and he ALREADY did the work and he would give us a discount of 240.00 which he origionally said would be the high price.

I called and said I did not authorize this work and he replied very rudely stating he would rip out the whole frame he did and show me what he did and I could go ahead and try to find someone else who would do the work for his price. I stated it was unprofessional to take some ones property and not return their phone calls and he claimed to not receive any phone calls or voicemails concerning our calls, when we have phone records proving we have tried to call him but would answer when called from a different number. I tried to locate this business on Better Business Bureau and could not even find his "work location" online but found numerous compaliaint on this "business" and he is running a business off someone elses name

He stated he would be back with my tv around 3-4pm and we have had to call him again and he stated he'd be back between 6-7pm keeping with his tardy unprofessional reputation. We have yet to receive our television back and keep getting the run around about where his "business" is even located. I do NOT RECOMMEND this business they are unprofessional frauds.
