RxMedco Transportation Another victim of RxMedco deerfield beach, Florida

signed a contract in mid Dec 2011 to drive Texas Workman Compensation Patients to and from physical therapy sessions.  faxed/emailed weekly invoices for clients assigned as instructed.  6 weeks later and out of pocket expenses for gas, parking, tolls over $200 and invoices to Rxmedco totalling $922.55 I have gotten no payments.  "Sergio" in California at x 207 does not return voicemail, does not acknowledge invoices, does not respond to threats.

I contacted the District Attorney in Deerfield Beach, Mr. Michael J Satz, by snail mail to see if I could file criminal theft of services charges.  One of the dispatchers at RxMedco called 4 hours ago.  "The check is in the mail".  I'll believe it when I see it.  Wish I knew someone would likes to break legs for fun.
