*UPDATE Employee: RxPop Rebuttal for Charlotte from Abbeville, Louisiana
on 11-9-07 i made an order for 69.95, and i never recieved my order i tryed time and time again to contact these people, but i never could get in touch with them, then i relized i was scammed or ripped off. So i called my bank for a number they gave it to me but it was just a recording saying to go back to website but i could never get though, so i called my bank back and told them something was fishy so i had to change my card then about 2 weeks later i was contacted by my bank that rxpop tryed to take another 69.95 and they let it go though but caught it and game my money back to my account. So i just kept on trying until your page showed up.

Rx Pop has a "Customer Service" team??? What they have is a lot of nerve!

What nerve Rx Pop has!
Was it necessary to tell evryone online what type of medication the victim was looking for? They actual name of the medication could have been ommited and the Rx Pop guy from "administration" could have still made his point.
What happened to the privacy policy posted in their finely worded web site?
I find it interesting that all these complaints against this one company all seem to be along the same lines. Obviously their is something wrong here.
It is also interesting that these "rebuttels" from Rx Pop "employees" do not offer any direct contact information for any of these employees. A true and professional company or at the very least a professional person who is writiing on behalf of their compnay always includes their full name, job title and complete contact information (ex: direct email address, phone number and physical address).
It would seem that this RX Pop company is just trying to balnace out all the negative complaints online.
Shame on you Rx Pop!!!!!

The quote you made which references RxPop.com is posted below:
RXPOP - rxiumllc charged me 69.95, for a order and i never recieved it. I tryed to call but it was a machine, so i had to call my bank and they had to change my card and they tryed to take out money again and i was contated by the bank Enter internet
Allow me to personally address each of your concerns one-by-one, in the most comprehensive manner possible below:
Charlotte - On 11-9-07 I made an order for 69.95, and i never recieved my order i tryed time and time again to contact these people, but i never could get in touch with them, then i relized i was scammed or ripped off.
John with RxPop Our records indicate that on 11-09-07 at 8:45:07 AM EST you visited RxPop.com from your BELLSOUTH ISP in Lafayette, LA and successfully registered for a 90-day RxPop.com membership plan to be billed at the rate of $69.95 every 90 days until cancellation - compliant with our Billing/Cancellation Policy which you accepted and agreed to - prior to registering for our service. To review RxPop.com's Billing/Cancellation Policy please visit, https://www.rxpop.com/billing_policy.asp.
Above you mention you never received your order and you attempted to contact RxPop.com on numerous occasions, but you were never successful in making contact. Our records indicate you attempted to order Phentermine from a non-disclosed pharmacy included in RxPop.com's service. I'm pretty sure you didn't receive your Phentermine order because you were unsuccessful in placing your order for Phentermine as a result of not being able to produce a valid and existing prescription issued by your local doctor of physician. None of the pharmacies included in RxPop.com's service offer online consultation services which result in the issuance of a prescription. You must provide a pre-existing, valid and existing prescription when conducting your business with any of the licensed online pharmacies included in RxPop.com's service.
Please understand that all of the pharmacies included in RxPop's service are licensed in the U.S. or Canada and require valid and existing prescriptions to be produced before any medication ordering can transpire. RxPop.com maintains a valid Pharmacy Checker license and is proud to be one of a select few pharmaceutical related websites that is approved to advertise on Google.com, Yahoo.com and MSN.com. RxPop's service was designed to benefit legitimate patients seeking access to safe and affordable medication over the Internet being sold by licensed online pharmacies. RxPop.com does provide its service for recreational drug users/addicts hoping to obtain more medication than they are legally or medically entitled to within a given time.
After reviewing your RxPop.com member details and activity logs one could easily conclude that you attempted to order Phentermine over the Internet without a valid and existing prescription, and due to your inability to successfully place your order for Phentermine over the Internet without possessing a valid and existing prescription, you decided to post the negative commentary above.

John with RxPop Our records do not indicate that our phones received any incoming call from your specific 10-digit phone number beginning with area code 337. In the event you called from an outside line you would have received our standard messaging, which simply asks that you contact RxPop.com using the options provided to you from our website located at, https://www.rxpop.com/helpdesk/index.asp. Again, RxPop's Customer Support team responds to and updates all incoming messages in the order in which they are received into our Help Desk.
Above you mention you had to call your bank and they had to change your card and that our company attempted to take additional funds out of your account. As compliant with our Billing/Cancellation Policy, all RxPop.com memberships are set on auto-renew by default to accomodate the majority of our valued members needs. It's very simple to prevent your RxPop.com membership from automatically renewing. Our Billing/Cancellation Policy states that in the event you fail to cancel your RxPop.com membership prior to its automated renewal date you will be charged a fee equal to that of your initial membership fee, which in your case was $69.95. To cancel your RxPop.com membership visit, https://www.rxpop.com/membershipcancellation.asp. Although in looking at your account a little further it looks as if your membership successfully expired on 01/08/2008, so you have no need to cancel as your membership has already expired with RxPop.com as a result of your recent cancellation.
On a closing note, Charlotte expect to receive a detailed email from myself at your Yahoo! email address we have on file. We can address additional problems with options available from RxPop.com.
