Met Ryan Blumling - Crown Investment Associates through another real estate broker, indicated he could source mezzanine financing for a hotel project. Ryan Blumling, Crown Investment Associates asked for a $30,000 refundable deposit. Our partnership provided deposit and waited, waited, waited for over 4 months without anything material being provided or proof that financing was even being sought despite constant assurances that he should have "something" this week.
Requested funds to be returned and have been waiting for roughly 2 months with promises to return funds daily. Mr. Blumling cannot be trusted and I would strongly recommend that if you engage this firm, DO NOT agree to an advanced deposit as you will not get it back. You will also get no service and a big headache.
