 We sent an email to all of our customers to find this guy and either Master an Album FREE or give him a refund

 

    I guess someone dropped the ball but don't blame our whole company or call us fraudulent for an accident, we would never intentionally rip someone off, and if we don't make deadlines our policy is that the work is free. One of our employees Christian Marquez accidentally sent this client the wrong song but it was on time, we don't work on weekends and I still mastered his song on a weekend to give him a good turnaround and Christian accidentally sent him the wrong song on Sunday. We were working on my groups Double Album with the co-producer while I was downloading his song and accidentally saved one of our songs in his mastering folder over his song because the beginning of his email address was similar to ours, or the song was close to the same Title of one of our songs, I don't remember exactly but it was an honest mistake. I'm a pretty intelligent person and would not mess up blatantly. I was doing too many things at once and made a mistake, which was the only mistake I have made like that and have been mastering for 13 years. We always fix problems and respond to texts and emails, its Christians job to download and send back masters, answer the phone, text messages and emails so I can concentrate on just mastering. I don't know why Christian sent him the wrong song a second time there was probably bad communication and he didn't download this clients song again for me to master again. 
 
    The reason why he was not able to get a hold of us after that is because I was committed to a mental hospital for mixing my sleeping pills with muscle relaxers and overdosed. Since I couldn't tell them that it was an accident because I was passed out they thought I was trying to commit suicide and sent me to a mental hospital on a 72 hour hold. I was there for 7 days because they thought taking 3 /10 milligram valium a night to sleep was too much and had to give me anti seizure medication for 7 days to get me down to one valium without me having a seizure. I remember this guy and remember telling Christian to have him re-send us the song because the link expired. I guess someone dropped the ball but don't blame our whole company or call us fraudulent for an accident. That situation messed up our company big time because it took us weeks to catch up. 
 
    If the guy reads this tell him I will do a whole album free for him, thats what we do when we do not provide our service within a reasonable amount of time. When I got back we responded to all the emails and texts and gave refunds to people that contacted us and didn't want to wait for their masters, I don't know why he didn't get a refund? He could have even started a dispute with Pay pal and we would have refunded his money right away but he didn't do that. Mastering at $175 dollars an album doesn't even come close to pay our bills. I own 3 internet companies on auto-pilot because our products are instant download. I master because its my passion and it gives me something to do everyday. I do not charge for our overhead or equipment because I am an artist and producer and would have all my gear anyway, all I charge our clients for is my time. If a client has more then one song we have package deals and I only make 14 dollars an hour off those projects. We are not in business to rip people off, s**t happens and I doubt we ignored his text or email for $25 dollars. We don't ignore anyone. Text us and see for yourself.
