I purchased the "Let's Get Social" program promoted by Ryan Deiss and Kate Buck, Jr. a few years ago based on a webinar that I found impressive and a price that was great ($97) compared to the perceived value. I have no complaints against the course. I felt that the material was well made.
Many videos were provided in the course as well as various pdf's. They were accessbile online ... until the day they weren't. I found the phone numbers for the companies run by Ryan Deiss and Kate Buck, Jr. Each company blamed the other for the regrettable 'inability' to work together and continue the product. Neither offered a refund. Both offered a 'newer' product for a significant fee, with a refusal to care about the fact that I had paid for the original product and I wanted access to that product. If I had known that one day it would be discontinued without notice, I would have never purchased it to begin with.
I blame BOTH Ryan Deiss and Kate Buck, Jr. and as far as I'm concerned, both cheated me.
