if you want a good product and good customer service without having to jump thru hoops when
something happens to go wrong DO NOT go to Floor & decor outlets in Hilliard Ohio. they dont care
about your problem as they already have your money. we have been dealing with this since 
end of may 2012 and inspection was faxed to them 8/14/12. was told today 10/10/12th that NOW
they require a full inspection , it is a small family room! so here we are with defected material that the inspector indicated needs REPLACED.but this company keeps adding on more we have to do. 
have talked to many installers who wont even install their products due to this problem.
Mgr.is very hard to deal with has no Customer Service what ever! we will be notifying the BBB, Angies list the atty general and getting an attorney involved.we are hard working people who just wanted to update a small room!!!! and Ryan,just because we have a Dublin mailing address doesn;t mean we have $$$$.so frustrated with these idiots to drag this on sooooo long. i could go on and on to get my frustration out but that wont solve this rip off of a business!
