His name is Ryan Haines from San Diego works as a personal trainer and muscle therapist. Upon meeting him, his persona starts off with a friendly gesture to wheel a person into purchasing personal training sessions or tissue therapy sessions. After three months of training, sessions were never on time; consistently late, agreed meal plans were to be adjusted yet never focused on this goal, canceled meetings last minute and will come in with personal issues and pour it upon you. The agreement of our training sessions was to train at a gym in San Diego and a purchase of 12 meetings. Later in time, one morning, he requests that I pay the gym fee which is not part of the agreement and assumes I will do a "favor" for him because he is broke. I am a client, not a friend, and an agreement is an agreement. I stated, "I can assist with the cost, and you can pay me back later, or train a later time." He retorted, "It's really unsettling that I go to the gym for you on a regular basis, every time I pay them $10. I do this 100% for you and now I need a little "help" to be able to train. This is for you technically you should pay the fee every time because if you didn't want to b there we wouldn't be." The agreement was never that I pay the gym a fee, and his opinion that "I should" pay the fee is absurd. His cost, his gym visits are all an agreement, and now he blames me for these visits because he is having personal issues. I am paying for services, therefore, how is he "doing this for me" when he sets his schedule. The location and sessions are both an agreement which he accepted. The charge per session is something he set, yet insists and blames me for his circumstances. He then states, " I won't be there today, maybe you should find another trainer." I stated, "I would prefer then you refund me for the rest of the sessions since you are dropping seven coaching courses that have not met." He tells me he does no refunds and refuses to respond. I highly advise anyone to think twice about this trainer. He drops sessions when he desires and will not reimburse your money when he chooses to terminate your agreed sessions. This happening reveals character, and of which stealing someone's wealth for his desperation. No values or morals.  He also walked out on sessions before because of his individual problems, unprofessional. Be warned.
