Ryan Stoops aka Affiliateguru sold me the site MensHealthBreak.Com for 7k+ and claimed profits of $3,400 a month. In writing, he guaranteed a 3 month refund of (cost of site)-(any revenue earned). Clearly there was no revenue that was earned. If anything I spent even more money trying to get the site going through advertising. At first, Ryan seemed like a legitimate seller and was helpful getting the site set up. He claimed to be a young venture capitalist in the Arizona area. If anyone has information on his actual location that would be helpful.

After paying for two months of advertising with no revenue, I stopped all campaigns and requested my refund. Ryan replied telling me that a friend of his was having similar problems with an affiliate site and that he would refund me after he sold his friend's site. I waited about a week and a half and watched the other site sell on Flippa. I then emailed Ryan again on a Thursday afternoon requesting the refund. He told me to, "set it up for Monday," and that he would make time to refund. Since that email, I have not heard anything from Ryan.

Furthermore, I noticed that Ryan is now banned on Flippa. I have an email agreement from Ryan to refund me within the first three months of buying the site. I requested the refunded midway through the 2nd month and he seemed to have intent to refund me. However, he clearly did not. Ryan should legally be held accountable for these actions and breaching the contract of a refund guarantee. Any further information on this subject would be appreciated.
