I called and spoke with an agent of what I thought was the Dish Network. At no time did the agent I was speaking to inform me that they were a third party affiliate Infinity Dish.
Infinity Dish charges you a processing fee to start service with Dish Network. I spoke with a manager at Infinity Dish who told me I would not be charged if service was not able to be installed.
Service was not installed I was still charged.
1. Your name is so closely related to Dish as to confuse people into thinking they are calling Dish.
2. Your agent failed to state I was actually speaking with Infinity Dish
3. Your agents supervisor 6862 assured me that I would not be charged the service fee $49.95
4. The supervisor did not identify himself as Infinity Dish
In all your company has very shady business practices.
I strongly believe that all Dish customers serviced through Infinity Dish who were charged a service fee is entitled to a refund.
