Ryan's Family Restaurants I was a vendor for them and they have refused to pay all that is owed to me. Morgan City, Louisiana

I was working for Ryan's ( buffets inc.) as a vendor. I would repair restaurant equipment, A/C's and refrigeration at Ryan's restaurants in Morgan city, New Iberia and Houma Louisiana. We had parted ways. ( they would not pay in a proper time frame). When I left I meet with a gentle man named Eric Schecter .We agreed on the balance of invoices that were to be paid. These were all the invoices that had been submitted before the signing of the lien waiver. I was asked to sign the lien waiver by Eric Schecter. The lien waiver stated that no invoices would be submitted after the signing of the waiver. No invoices were submitted after it was signed. They only paid part of the balance. There is still $3000.00 owed to me for invoices submitted before I signed the lien waiver. They will not return e-mails or answer phone calls.                
      I can not afford to take them to court and they know it. The main company is Buffet's Inc. and I believe they are based out of N. Carolina.
