  weed eater battery broke 2 weeks after buying and was lied to repeatedly about date i would get new battery. finally 3 months later and about 20 promise dates it arrived.  

 2nd time it broke it actually caught fire so when i called the so-called warranty dept known as tti again they said since it caught fire i would need to deal with their saftey division. great, there is only one problem with that . its a dept that they will not give the phone number out too. super secret warranty division must work for cia. and i was told i might get a call in 7 to 10 days (remember they lie about dates). even if they dont lie should you really have to wait 10 days to receive your super secret call.   wow, ryobi never again.
