These people are insane !!!!

I got a rental from them for 3 weeks and they kept overcharging me every single week. The car was a wortless jalopy, it didn't start up a couple of times and when I called about that they hung up on me. They're located in the getto.

The third time I called and complained, the guy who answered the phone asked me why am I complaining, since it is only a $30 overcharge. I told him they advertise it at $99 and they charged $160 at which point the guy went off on me, swearing at me and calling me names!!! He called me a little complaining motherf****, c*cks****, and everything else that came to his filthy moronic mind and then hung up on me.

I immediately called back and talked to his manager, who proved to be some other idiot (probably the owner of this disgusting establishment) and he started insulting me too !!! This a**wipe told me that I shouldn't complain that they overcharge by ONLY 30 dollars, and I'm lucky that's only 30 dollars !!!

At which point I said in surprise: "What are you talking about, this is America, you are stealing my money!" , and then he completely lost it on me, calle me his own range of names and hung up the phone.

These people deserve to be shut down, I don't understand how they stay in business - this is not a business, it is a gang of idiot monkeys ripping you off !!! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

They threatened me that they 're going to take even more money from me because they have my credit card. Now I am going to have to call the cops on these a**holes.

I just want my money back from these filthy idiots and I swear I will never set foot in their dump. No wonder they have a "NO WEAPONS" sign up, who knows how many people lost their shirt with these thiefs!

These people are crooks

AUTHOR: Craig - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, November 29, 2005

About two weeks ago I also was forced in to renting a van from these thieves. The van was an absolute piece of junk. On our trip to San Diego, the van failed to start in the Saban's parking lot...three times. About thirty miles later the van started to act like the transmission was going to fall out. Every fifteen minutes for an interval of twenty minutes the van would rev up in third gear and not shift into overdrive. It was like driving a manuel transmission vehicle and not being able to use a clutch...THE ENTIRE TRIP. A 6 hour trip to San Diego turned into 10 hours. After calling the "emergency" line, no one responded.

Now I'm stuck between harrassing phone calls because I was overcharged 200 dollars. A phone quote price of 379 dollars, turned into 579 upon return, and that turned into 750 after checking my bank account statement.

These people are absolute crooks and will take advantage of you. The place is a slum also, adorned with a lone autographed picture of John Rocker hanging next to the front desk. That should have been enough to get me the hell out, but I trusted these people, and I DEEPLY regret it now. Is there anything that can be done to bring these crooks to justice?
