Sabans Rental Car/ Aka AAA-Able Rentals Fraudulent, misleading, verbal slander, attempted physical battery, and outright mean Phoenix Arizona

I live in surprise arizona and needed a great deal on a rental while my car was in the shop. So i called around and got what i thought would be a great deal. Sabans Rent a car aka AAA-Able Rentals gave me a price of $99 a week i had explained to them that i didnt have a credit card to put down the deposit and was told i could put down a cash deposit of $250 which i did. After the deposit was already paid i was given my rental car which was a 2001 Chevy Lumina. This car was in horrible condition but i figured thats why they where so cheap, however the car broke down about after i had driven about 2 blocks. So i called the company telling them about what had happened and the person i had spoke with advised me they would make it right. They sent out a tow truck to pick me and the car up and when i got back to the rental place i found that they where not willing to help me or work through my inconvenience so i asked for my money back and was refused, instead they gave me another rental a 2001 Ford Taurus that was in just as bad shape given the fact that they refused to give me my money back i took the rental and a week later when i arrived i attempted to speak with someone who said he was the owner, but refused to give me his name, and i inquired about how i would get my deposit back and the owner told me that i owed him an additional $82 when i asked why. The owner rudely asked if i had any f***ing money on me i told him no he came around the counter and snatched the keys out of my hand and almost pushing me down in the process. Then proceeded to the rental car and threw all of my belongings out of the car including a $4000.00 breathalyzer machine ,which i use for work, on the ground in his parking lot and told me to pick up my s**t or he would have it removed from his property. I then immediately called the police and explained to them what happened. Detecting i was distraught a unit was dispatched and when they got there the police proceeded to tell me that they have had numerous calls on this business and that the guy refused to give them his name and that it was a civil matter and needed to be handled in court. So this company got away with ripping me off and not having to pay for trashing my belongings and they didnt so much as get his name! When i got home i searched the internet and found that he has 56 complaints with The Better Business Bureau and numerous lawsuits as well as 3 complaints on The RipoffReport and numerous complaints with The Attorney General. I will personally make it my mission to make sure this company will no longer be in business and gets whats coming to them. Its been along time coming. This companies been in business 23 years by changing there name. But the presidents name is Dennis Saban and Secretary Jim Hemp. If anyone has anymore information feel free to leave your opinion.
