I was searching on CareerBuilder.com for jobs and came accross this link for doing surveys online. I natually figured that since it was on CareerBuilder.com that it had to be real. Silly me. I paid for the program, received all of these emails with links to download the software along with other links.

The bottom line is, I attempted to download the software and received an error message stating that I have no more download attempts and to contact the vendor. The confirmation email states that I have 7 days to download before the link expires. I was getting this error message on my first attempt which was approximately 15 minutes after I signed up. I entered in 2 trouble tickets with absolutely no response. I've sent at least 8 emails to just about every email address I had for this company with absolutely no response whatsoever.

Today, I called this number in Vegas that I found and someone actually answered the phone. I explained my situation and she was very quick to transfer me to a voicemail system. I left a voicemail however, I don't expect to hear back from them. I will be reporting this to the BBB as well. I paid for this system and like others, received absolutely nothing in return. This man, this company literally took my money. I call this theft!! Pure and simple.
