 I was shopping for a way to get my home mortage  monthly payment lowered to 850.00/month

I contacted my loan officer to help me set up a lower payment however he rrfied my loan from a 30 year to a 25 year loan with the same payment 1,100.00 per month and, 7,000 to the loan to pay commission, and kicked the interest back to 0.

I decited hire Saber Legal Group, P.C.company that specialized in loan modification. Thay charged me 3,000 for the service and told me they would take next three months of the mortage payment to pay the 3,000. I was told that being three month behind in mortage will help them when they deal with the bank, WHat happen was my credit went from 760 to 530, Wells fargo added 3,000 to the back end of the 216,000 loan making it 220,000.

After Saber Legal Group worked out a deal with Wells Fargo I ended up with a new refide 40 year loan  with a monthly payment 1,000 per mo. I will have to pay 480,000 to pay off a 216,000 and will not pay it off untill I trun 107 years old.
