Sabra Cook Sabra Magers took money out of my account without my permission or consent El Cajon, California

I had a debt consoladtion with a company Called Johson Law group, I was with the for almost 2yrs, I    I received a letter from Johnson Law group indicating they had lost there law licences. They also informed me that they would be sending my infomation to a company call consumer service alliance . If I would like them to take over my case, I needed to fill out a form and send it back to consumer service alliance   giving them authorization or I was able to seek other options if I wish.
 
Well I did not fill out the form for authorization of cosumer service alliance to take over my case or take money out of my checking nor did I respond to any phone call that they gave me.  I was going to seek other options and seek another company. to my dismay I looked at my bank account online and saw that consumer service alliance  took  money out of my Bank account without my consent or authorization.
