On September 11, 2017 I ordered a Hat for my Son using my Debit Card. The Website was, Named Sachamlynek, the Hat ordered was a Fallsworth Hat Harris Tweed Lewis Newsboy Cap from an Outlet Sale they Advertise in Canada. The Website states Caps Hats for Men, Clearance Sale Canada. The Cap was Charged $28.56 in Canadian Currency, $13.00 Shipping in Canadian Currency for a Total of $41.56 in Canadian Currency. I registered on the Website and even though I indicated the Shipping Address of USA, it still never converted the Currency to USD. 

A Few Days later I got a Call from my Bank's Fraud Department regarding a Transaction on my Account for "FHT*DAWESPAU" which they stated was for $37.15 USD and a Company in China. I informed the Agent I had ordered a Hat from Canada, not China and she gave me a Phone Number to Call if Concerns which the Merchant listed on my Bank Statement - 212-035-2681 CN, however, I know this Area Code to be New York City. I asked the Agent to Hold so I could confirm this Transaction and what I should be Charged for it and the Company Name, however, when I returned she had hung up. After purchasing this Item on September 11, 2017, I went immediately to a Currency Converter and it stated 1 Canadian Dollar = 0.825180 USD which means I should have been charged $34.30 USD, not $37.15 USD, which the Merchant charged me, also, the Item was to come from Canada, not China!!!! I immediately called the Telephone Number the Agent gave me located in New York City, it was disconnected. I went to my Email and noted an Invoice from dated September 11, 2017 1856 PST. It stated, "You have transferred $41.56 CAD to, Order #:2HT-ee4017pp-hpy938, Payment Date and Time: September 13, 2017 09:55:31.0, Payment #: HP1709120955303053, due to foreign exchange rate, the amount displayed on your statement might be a little different from the real price. Please note "FHT*DAWESPAU" will be displayed on your credit card statement instead of the website from which you purchased the mentioned product. It's just used for sending bill statement by the seller's payment processor as a tool. Yesterday, the Hat arrived from DaiBo, (SGJ-YD) No. 3 YUNXIAO Road, GuangZhouShi GUANGDONG BaiYunQu, GuangZhouShi GUANGDONG 510410 CHINA, Telephone #1382374587. The Label states sent via Chiina Post to USPS. The Label states signed by CN22. The Label Indicates 1 Cap, some Chinese Lettering, 2HT-11851-09133 and indicates the Value in USD as $10.00 originating from CN. This shows that I was way overcharged for this Hat, they admit it on this Label and it was mailed directly from China. The contents are nothing like what I ordered, it contained a 9Fifty Snapback Chicago Bulls Basketball Cap, not a Fallsworth Hat Harris Tweed Lewis Newsboy Cap from an Outlet Sale in Canada as advertised. I immediately have called the Customer Service Number on the Invoice, no Answer, Emailed them an extensive Email to the Email address on the Invoice, informing them that I received no where near the Hat I ordered which was to be from Canada, I was misrepresented it was coming from Canada, not Chine, I was way overcharged as indicated on the Shipping Label and I informed them to immediately Credit my Debit Card on File in Full including Shipping Charges and if they want their Cap back that I did not Order, they need to Email me a Shipping Label to my Email where they pay Shipping in Full, I refuse to Pay to ship a Cap back I didn't order, to China!! They have not responded to my Email. 

Today, I wrote to my Bank and asked they File Fraud Charges against this Merchant Immediately and to Contact Me ASAP! I also discovered this Merchant charged my Debit Card .67USD for a Visa International Service Assessment which they never informed me of, this Charge is to also be reimbursed immediately.
