SAFE CART.COM I downloaded software from a company called paretologic which was suppose to be 29.99 and when I checked out it turned out to be 49.90 I installed one of the product's called drive cure and did'nt get to far because my pc went haywire now my pc is 50* worse then what it was and I am now missing driver's and lot is wrong lost info program's and the pc well a snail move's faster then the pc. oN 3/31/09 i downloaded a program called DriveCure which came with other program's Data recovery pro privacy control's anti-spyware and regcure pc optimizer which said cost of 29.99 from company called Paretologic free scan they gave saying I had over 850 problems just on one program alone so I opt to buy it thinking it was for real.the free scan said it corrected 23 fault's and if I wanted the other faults removed I was to buy it so like a fool I did and the problem's began.The only thing that program did was ruin my pc Drivercure was a great word for it because what ever it did to it I lost some driver's a lot of programs and files and to mention that a snail is faster then this pc that I thought I was protectingand to mention the cost turned out to be 49.90 and a ruined pc which will cost much money to have it repaired it pretty much would be almost as much as the same pc I got now cause I still don't know the full effect of what that download did each day there is something that pop's up wrong with it.I deleated all the program's and removed them from the add and remove list and was on the phone and e-mailing Paretologic getting no where day's later I find out that safecart was the company who took the payment a rep from Paretologic told me this and she could not find me no where in their system and to call safecart because I wanted a refund got no where with safecart the phone#is a automated system no live person for 5 day's now I gotton nowhere Paretologic only said they offer tech support.
After what that program did to my pc I did'nt want none but a refund.I told the tech what the program did and i unistalled it reply was contact safe cart.I tried several time's it was fruitless so now I gathered all the e-mail's I sent to Paretologic and they sent to me and I'm fileing a dispute with my credit card against safecart.I even tried to e-mail them but the web page had an error eachtime so now I'll let visa handle it 5 day's of stress and a messed up pc never again will I ever download anything from the internet honestly for 30.00 more I could have went with Macfee a trusted site but that's what I got for trying to save a few dollar's.Like the :motto goes buyer beware:So that pretty much sum's up my nightmare and the pc that got ruined.
