I have a Interlock device due to recieving a DUI in my vehicle. Safeharbor company out of Phoenix Arizona is the company who installed this interlock device. Now ok I know what your thinking. Screw you you got a DUI so deal with it. Well the fact is I have had a satisfactory record for the last 7 months with the device. 4 months to go and I can take it out. WRONG.

After 7 months of no problems I get all kinds of problems. I am headded to my appointment to get the interlock serviced, which happens every 30 days. Enroute to the appointment my interlock asks for a breath test. As I am blowing into the device I recieve a retest prompt. I again blow into the device as Im driving to my interlock appointment and it says retest again. In a nutshell there was a problem with the handset that you blow in. It would error out the second you blow into it. After about the 5th or 6th blow the unit finnally errored out and went into refusal to take test mode. After getting to the service provider in flagstaff, He reset the unit and then put a new mouth piece which was a diffrent design than the old one. OK. No problems since.

Now a week or two Later I recieve a letter in the mail from the motor vehicle division saying I get a 6 month extention to have the interlock device in my vehicle. Bottom line is I did retest on the interlock. The problem is the machine was having a technical error and would not allow you to blow in it to take the test. When you did blow into it  it would just error out and say retake test or blow harder or softer. It would not allow you to take the test properly.

Bottom line Safeharbor Arizona screwed me for 6 more months and when i called them to resolve my problem they just bit my head off. Basically they are in bed with the MVD to screw people over who have interlock devices in there vehicles.

Beware of this scams. Do not use Safeharbor Arizona for your interlock provider. There are many comanies out there that will treat you alot better. Safeharbor Arizona you brought this on yourself, and deserve this very negative rating. Again. Stay Away From Safe Harbor Interlock Provider Services in Arizona.
